Inspection 

• A certified third-party mechanic will come to inspect the vehicle for both mechanical and cosmetic condition.
• If needed, they can assist with repairs and to obtain an ACT Roadworthy Certificate (if you don’t already have one).

Acceptance and Price set

• Once your vehicle passes both the mechanical and roadworthy inspections, it will automatically qualify for a complimentary 6-month mechanical warranty and roadside assistance when sold through Ezy Auction—at no extra cost to you.
• We’ll discuss whether you’d like to set a reserve price. A reserve price is the minimum amount you’re willing to accept. Keep in mind that vehicles listed without a reserve often attract more attention and receive more bids. The choice is entirely yours. All auctions begin at $0, whether a reserve is set or not.
• While not every vehicle is a perfect match for Ezy Auction, but we truly appreciate you submitting your car!

Listing Creation

• Deliver your vehicle to our Fyshwick facility, where it will be securely stored until it is sold.
• We’ll create a professional and attractive listing to maximise your car’s selling potential.
• Buyers will receive a complimentary 6-month mechanical warranty and roadside assistance at no cost to you.
• Our team will handle all buyer enquiries and inspections throughout the auction period.
  
  

Monitor & Sell

• Auctions run for at 7 days.
• Once sold, payment will be deposited into your account, minus our listing fee.
• We assist with the Vehicle bill of sale, title transfer, and transportation recommendations if needed.
• If the Vehicle doesn’t sell, no listing fees will be charged.

Fees and Form Submission

Complimentary Mechanical Warranty, Roadside Assistance, and ACT
Roadworthy Certificate (RWC)

• For your peace of mind, we’ve partnered with Integrity, one of Australia’s most trusted warranty providers, to offer a complimentary 6-month mechanical warranty and roadside assistance with every auctioned Vehicle purchase (T&Cs apply). This covers unexpected mechanical issues and provides support in case of roadside emergencies. Please refer to Integrity's full terms and conditions for more information.
• In addition to the warranty, we also provide a complimentary ACT Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) and a PPSR report with all auctioned cars.

Finalize Payment and Collect the Car

• After winning, our buyer’s premium fee of $499 (incl. GST) will be automatically deducted from your credit card. This fee is non-refundable if you fail to pay for the Vehicle full amount.
• You must pay the full amount within 3 working days of the auction closing.
  An invoice will be sent, and payments can be made via Bank Transfer (collection will be available once the money clears), Cash, or Eftpos at our location.
• Although we don’t provide transporting services, we work with partners who can help with transporting the vehicle.

Start Bidding

Unlike other auction platforms, Ezy Auction doesn’t require a deposit. Instead, you pay a one-time bidding fee of $9 (incl. GST) -non-refundable-for each vehicle before placing a bid.

Inspect and Review the Car

• Most cars are accompanied by an inspection report from an independent mechanic, which should be considered as a general guide only.
• However, no statutory warranty is provided by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is selling the Vehicle on behalf of the owner and is not responsible for its condition.
• The inspection report is not a full mechanical check, so we strongly recommend you inspect the cars yourself before bidding. The auction is open 6 days a week for in-person inspections.
• Vehicles are sold "as is," with any known faults or defects disclosed. The auctioneer does not guarantee the accuracy of the car’s description.
• Photos, videos, and documentation (repair orders, receipts, etc.) are provided
  for full transparency.

Arrange Financing

• Ensure you have financing resources arranged before bidding.

Place Your Bid

• All auctions start at $0. You can place a direct bid or set an automatic bid that the system will bid for you in small increments to keep you in the lead, but only up to your limit. If someone outbids you, we’ll notify you, and you can choose to increase your limit. Your maximum bid remains hidden until it's exceeded. 
• Bids are binding, so only bid if you’re serious about purchasing the car.
•  Once submitted, your bid cannot be amended or withdrawn.
• If a bid is placed in the final minute, the auction will be extended by 3 minutes to keep the process fair.

Winning the Auction

• You win the auction by being the highest bidder and, if applicable, meeting the seller’s reserve price. In No Reserve auctions, the highest bidder automatically wins.
